Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Mynahcast (the website at mynahcast.xyz, the app at mynahcast.xyz/app and the API at api.mynahcast.xyz). Mynahcast is operated from Spain. Contact: support@mynahcast.xyz. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

It's a beta

Mynahcast is in private beta. Features may change, break or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. Paid plans are described on the pricing page. Each starts with a 7-day free trial that needs a card; unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription is charged and then renews each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that every post will be delivered. Check anything that matters.

Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep your password and API keys safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account and keys.
  • You must be at least 16, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
  • One person or organisation per account; don't share accounts in ways that bypass limits.

Your content and your channels

  • You keep all rights to the content you create and publish. You give Mynahcast permission to store, process and send it only as needed to run the service for you.
  • You're responsible for what you publish, including posts drafted by an AI agent you connect. Mynahcast's approval features help you review posts, but the decision to publish is yours.
  • You must have the right to connect each channel you add, and follow the rules of each platform you post to. Platforms can change or limit their APIs at any time, which can affect what Mynahcast can do.

Acceptable use

Don't use Mynahcast to send spam, to publish illegal, abusive or infringing content, to impersonate others, to attack or overload the service or other systems, or to get around rate limits or security. We may suspend accounts that do.

Pricing

The beta is free. If we introduce paid plans, we'll announce the prices beforehand and you'll choose whether to subscribe; nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Ending

You can stop using Mynahcast and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or end the beta, with notice where we reasonably can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Mynahcast isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, or for actions taken by third-party platforms or by AI agents you connect. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under EU and Spanish law.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and tell signed-up users about meaningful changes. These terms are governed by Spanish law, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
